Corporate Structuring & Capital Advisory
Go.org Corporation advises founders and operators on the structural groundwork most companies overlook — entity and corporate structuring, business financial organization, and lender and capital readiness. Engagements are advisory, scoped in writing before any work begins.

We work across three connected disciplines that determine whether a business is positioned to access capital responsibly. Scope, deliverables, and fees are defined per engagement in a written agreement before any work begins.
Entity type and jurisdiction selection, EIN and registered-agent considerations, and a compliant business identity — delivered as a formation roadmap aligned to how the company intends to operate and grow.
Organizing the company's financial identity — banking, records, vendor relationships, and reporting — so the business presents as an established, well-run entity to the institutions it works with. Accurate, truthful representations only.
Guidance on lender and capital-source evaluation criteria, underwriting considerations, and application sequencing — to position the company for responsible capital access on its own merits.
Approach
Every engagement begins with a written scope. We define the objective, the deliverables, and the fee before any payment changes hands — so there is no ambiguity about what the work is or what it is not.
The firm works alongside your own attorney and CPA, not in place of them. We bring structure and sequencing to the foundational decisions; your professional advisors retain responsibility for legal, tax, and regulatory matters. The intent is durable, defensible groundwork rather than shortcuts.
These are advisory and educational services. They are not credit repair, lending, debt relief, or a financial product sold to consumers. Any third-party financing a client may pursue is arranged directly between the client and independent third parties under separate agreements.
Engagements
All fees are quoted in U.S. dollars. Each engagement is confirmed in a written scope and invoice before payment.
One-on-one working sessions across the three areas of practice. Contemporaneous time records maintained and available on request. Minimum engagement scoped in writing.
A scoped structuring and capital-readiness package delivered as a written roadmap and action plan across the three areas of practice, on a fixed fee.
Ongoing advisory for companies with continuing structuring and capital-readiness needs. Monthly retainer, billed in advance, scope defined per engagement.

About
Rich Hylton is the principal of Go.org Corporation, a Florida corporation. His background is operational — building and structuring companies — with a focus on the unglamorous foundational work that decides whether a company is genuinely fundable.
The firm's posture is deliberate and conservative: written agreement and invoice before any work, accurate representations only, and close coordination with a client's own legal and accounting advisors. Engagements are advisory and educational in nature.
